A beatiful painting of a girl with her long hair tied around her neck. She stands tall and strong, but always on guard. I take the inspiration from photos and then stylise with simplified lines, and layers of colours and textures. For her hair, I have scratched through wet paint to create the texture, also to symbolise the pain she has experienced in the past.
This painting can be hung with or without a frame as it is painted on a canvas stretched over a wooden frame. See below for more information on my paintings.
